It's an edge case that requires understanding the application's lifecycle.
Most accessibility issues in IT projects happen because teams run into cases they've never dealt with before. Developers guess how to implement a tricky component. Designers haven't included the right states in the Design System. Testers aren't exactly sure what to look for when using screen readers.
